Use of Personal Data Clause<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

STILAR ENERGY S.R.L. (hereinafter, \u201cSTILAR ENERGY\u201d), informs the user that, in accordance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, you expressly grant STILAR ENERGY authorization to process and make use of the personal data.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Additional uses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • THE USER authorizes STILAR ENERGY, directly or through its representatives, to use the Information:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Attend to claims and\/or requests from the USER regarding the products and\/or services provided by STILAR ENERGY.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Offer you services linked or associated with the services provided by STILAR ENERGY (energy efficiency consulting, training and Energetik Heart project development). The sending of these communications or messages with offers and\/or advertisements may be sent through written (e.g., physical communications), verbal (e.g., messages or telephone calls) or electronic\/computerized (e.g., e-mail) means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct surveys and studies to know the levels of satisfaction, preferences and suggestions of customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The USER expressly authorizes STILAR ENERGY to update and complete its information by accessing public sources.
    The necessary data to be able to comply with the previous purposes are the following: names and surnames, ID, e-mail, telephone and address. If this information is not provided, STILAR ENERGY will not be able to provide the above purposes to the user, according to each case.
    The acceptance or not of this authorization for additional uses (unrelated to the execution of the contractual relationship) does not condition the provision of the service that the USER acquires through the contract that is being subscribed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Databank<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The personal data provided by the user will be stored in the \u201cCompany Clients and Complainants\u201d database, which is registered with the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data under the following code<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Conservation period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
